When I need to sell my business due to the financial down turn, I was unfortunately hit with a hidden bill for a commercial EPC. A commercial EPC was something new to me and when my Estate Agent told me it would cost me £800 I was in shock! I needed to market several of my properties for rent but had neglected to remember that an EPC was necessary before they were legal to market. I chose Just EPC because they had assessors nationwide and my properties are spread around the country. They booked me in straight away and all my properties had a certificate within 72 hours as promised. Also as soon as I booked my properties were legal for market so it meant I could get them up for rent straight away. The whole process was smooth and affordable and I will be using them again.
